Urgent Orders (Additional 40% Charges Apply)

�� Lead Time: 18 working hours for self-collection or delivery (e.g., Lalamove/Grab).

��  Working Days: Monday to Friday only. Excludes Saturdays, Sundays & Public Holidays (Selangor state).

�� Cut-off Time: Orders placed outside working hours (after 6:00 PM or on non-working days) will be processed the next working day at 9:00 AM.

�� Order Timing Examples (Urgent Orders)

Order Time &  Ready Time Breakdown

✅Artwork ready by Monday 9:00 AM        Order done by Tuesday 6:00 PM

✅Mon (9 hrs) + Tue (9 hrs) = 18 working hours

✅Artwork ready by Monday 12:00 PM      Order done by  Wednesday 12:00 PM

✅Mon (6 hrs) + Tue (9 hrs) + Wed (3 hrs) = 18 working hours

✅Artwork ready by Monday 4:00 PM        Order done by Wednesday 4:00 PM

✅Mon (2 hrs) + Tue (9 hrs) + Wed (7 hrs) = 18 working hours

❌ Outside Working Hours or Holidays → Process starts next working day 9:00 AM

❗ Artwork ready by Monday 7:00 PM          Order done by Wednesday 6:00 PM

❗Tue (9 hrs) + Wed (9 hrs) = 18 working hours

Normal Orders

Lead Time: 5–6 working days

Cut-off Time: Orders confirmed before 3:00 PM will be processed on the same day.

Orders after 3:00 PM will be processed the next working day.
